  I'm Amy! I was born and raised in Southern California. I enjoy the ocean, Pilates, nature, laughing until it hurts, and getting my "Zen on" in a good Bikram yoga class! I graduated with a B.A. in Dance from SFSU, and am also a certified Pilates instructor in my free time.
